3. Use of web portal

6. Liability and warranty waiver
To the extent allowed by law the PROVIDER accepts no liability for loss or damage of any type that he may cause, such as, by way of example, errors and omissions of content, non availability of the portal or transmission of virus o malware or other harmful programme, despite having taken all technological means needed to avoid it.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship between the PROVIDER and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute will be heard by the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
